University students were wasting hours standing in queues at multiple offices with no visibility into wait times, office availability, or their position. Staff had no system to manage queues efficiently across departments simultaneously.
We built a comprehensive real-time queue management system featuring live office status, queue tracking by number, appointment booking, estimated wait times, weekly trend analytics, an integrated campus online shop for documents and graduation items, student accounts, staff dashboards, and email notifications — all updating live from the database.
Students now check office availability and wait times before leaving their rooms. Queue tracking works without login. Campus shop live with 6+ products across 5 categories. 10 offices managed simultaneously in real time. Student life significantly improved with zero unnecessary waiting.
